Loaded Breakfast Hash Recipe
1 pkg of bacon
6 eggs
4-5 cups finely chopped potatoes
4 tablespoons butter
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon pepper plus pinch of pepper for eggs
1 teaspoon salt
Plus pinch of salt for eggs
Heat oven to 350°. Finely chop bacon. In large saucepan brown bacon on medium heat. When bacon is just hitting correct browness, mince garlic and throw in to saucepan, stir. When bacon is done add in butter, onion powder, parsley , red pepper, paprika, pepper, and salt. Melt the butter. When the butter is melted throw in the potatoes, stir around until potatoes become browned and slightly soft. Turn off burner. Put everything into ungreased 9 × 13 glass baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Crack the eggs evenly across the top, being careful to not break the yolks. Use the dash of salt and pepper on each egg for seasoning. Bake in oven 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and eggs are cooked through.
